At the Transport Logistic 2025 trade fair in Munich, Cargoclix is celebrating the world premiere of its new digital platform Flow. With this solution, the company aims to significantly simplify the daily work of freight forwarders. The cloud-based application is intended to centrally consolidate scheduling, communication, and status tracking in road freight transport—regardless of whether own drivers or subcontractors are used.

Flow enables real-time scheduling, where orders can be recorded manually or automatically and assigned immediately, according to the provider. Every processing step is documented with a timestamp. This is intended to ensure seamless traceability from the order to delivery. Also integrated is a communication function in more than 75 languages, which connects dispatchers, drivers, subcontractors, and customers in real time.

“With Flow, we create a continuous digital connection of all parties involved in the transport chain – simple and flexible, without complex IT projects,” explains Victor Meier, advisory partner at Cargoclix.

Even when subcontractors are involved, control always remains with the freight forwarder.

A special focus is on customer integration. They can view the delivery status in real-time, which significantly reduces inquiries. Even the transfer of transport orders by subcontractors is visible in the system.

"Flow is our response to the increasing demands for transparency and flexibility in everyday transport," Meier continues. "We provide freight forwarders with a tool that significantly eases their daily work."

The new introduction is complemented by additional products that are already established in the market. This includes the workflow management system Cargoclix WFM, which digitalizes processes around yards, docks, and offices. The software guides users through each process step, ensuring structured workflows and time savings. In combination with the time slot management system Cargoclix Slot, it results in a seamless digital process chain for dock handling. Tools like Safe Check-in and the Tender bidding platform complete the portfolio.

Cargoclix emphasizes that all systems can be adapted modularly and do not require long implementation phases.

"Our solutions prove that digitalization in logistics does not have to be expensive or complicated," says Meier.

The goal is to provide companies of all sizes with access to modern technologies – from medium-sized businesses to large corporations.

Cargoclix is a provider of cloud-based software solutions for transport and logistics processes based in Freiburg. According to the company, it has over 160,000 users and offers digital tools for optimizing yard and transport logistics with products like Slot, Safe Check-in, WFM, and Tender. All solutions are available as Software as a Service (SaaS).
