Nufam 2025: Kempf presents tipping technology for freight transport

The vehicle construction company Kempf is presenting selected transport solutions for various areas of application at this year's Nufam commercial vehicle trade fair in Karlsruhe. According to the manufacturer, the focus is on vehicles for construction site logistics, agricultural transport, and material handling in the recycling industry. The trade fair takes place from September 25 to 28, 2025.

Steel Round Dump Body with Conical Design

One of the exhibits at the booth is a steel round dump body with a loading volume of approximately 27.9 cubic meters. According to Kempf, the dump body is characterized by its low dead weight. The semi-circular shape, according to the manufacturer, facilitates the discharge of cargo, especially in the optionally available conical design. In the press release, the company describes this shape as a "trashcan principle."

The construction of the dump body also includes a membrane design. This is intended to allow the structure of the dump body to oscillate during loading. According to Kempf, the goal of this design is to minimize loading damage. The company sees the fields of application for the dump body in the construction industry, agriculture, and waste logistics.

Three-Way Tipper Body with Trailer

Another vehicle at the exhibition stand is the three-way tipper body of type KAB 24-S. Kempf specifies the loading volume as approximately twelve cubic meters. The body can be tilted motor-hydraulically in three directions. The equipment also includes a so-called "Bordmatik," an automatically operated sidewall.

In addition to the tipper body, Kempf also showcases a tandem tipper trailer, which also offers a three-way tipping function. The trailer's loading volume is also approximately twelve cubic meters. Both vehicles are designed for combined use in construction site traffic.
