Nufam 2025: Arealcontrol presents AI-supported route planning and new dispatch solution

Areacontrol GmbH is expanding its portfolio in the field of logistics software with an automated, AI-supported route and tour planning solution. The solution will be presented at the commercial vehicle trade fair NUFAM from September 25 to 28, 2025 in Karlsruhe. Reportedly, it complements the company’s existing telematics platform, which is marketed under the brand name "All You Can Fleet".

Automated Order Dispatching from the Cloud

The new feature allows for the automatic creation and dispatching of regularly recurring orders, Arealcontrol announces. Designed as a SaaS solution from the private cloud, the platform can be flexibly used in various industries – such as for the refilling of depots, maintenance services, or other standardized field service operations.

The aim is to accelerate dispatching while simultaneously optimizing route management. The modular system architecture allows for use with fleets of different sizes, including trucks, vans, or cars.

Combined Telematics and End Device

The core of the solution is a telematics system installed in the vehicle. It takes care of GPS tracking, logbook management, remote download of tachograph data, and the monitoring of remaining driving and rest times. Additionally, the system evaluates OBD, FMS, and CAN-bus data.

An additional, paired Android end device in the vehicle is used for operational task, journey, and activity planning, offers navigation functions, and enables communication via integrated chat functions.
